Providing high-quality learning requires a mindset of lifelong learning. We know that people who constantly reflect on their work, choose growth edges to develop, and spend time in community create opportunities for the children and families they serve to do the same. Because these opportunities are so critical to your work, we offer supports in both traditional and more relationship-based ways.

Taking your learning to the next level, coaching is individualized support to build success and deepen the areas of your practice most valuable to you. We offer coaching for Teachers, Coaches, Program Leaders, and more.

Communities of Practice

Join a cohort of 12-14 like-minded practitioners, and develop your community. 

This container is a way for each individual to bring their skills, approach, resources, and topics of interest to the group, and for the cohort to develop the areas of focus collaboratively.

Network and Meetings

We have a vibrant community of providers, working to create high-quality outdoor experiences for children and families.  Monthly virtual meetings build community, share news, and move our work forward.
