Heart Connections
Family Child Care
Lafayette, CO
Heart Connections has chosen to mimic family life by integrating children from infancy to elementary school age kids. This age integration creates a unique synergy for all the kids with the older ones learning compassion, helpfulness and leadership skills. Older kids are good at encouraging and teaching the younger ones, who benefit by learning skills at a faster rate.

Wild Roots
Highlands Ranch, CO
We are an alternative to preschool as you know it. Our program for children ages 3-6 offers an immersive experience in nature with a play-based approach to learning. Our flexible outdoor learning environment allows for an emergent curriculum, with teachers acting as guides, noticing each child’s observations and interests. Our curriculum is designed to focus on specific weekly single-skills related to a monthly theme that follows the seasons and rhythms of the Earth. Monthly offerings build upon one another, allowing the school community to grow and strengthen.

Durango Wild Soul

We offer programming for children to reconnect to deeply human ways of being, offering them the opportunity to feel and experience how they are woven into the web of nature on the physical and beyond-physical planes. Our motivation is not just education and connection to the natural world, but an experience of meaningful ways of life, acquisition of real-world skills, and a building and fostering of community to benefit not only the children, but their families, our local culture and the wider world.
